Mission Statement given for VEHA and expectations of current/future officers.

Treasurers Report/Member Services:

- CD Renewals have come up. One CD at Wachovia and other at Bank of Hampton Roads. Need new rates for next meeting and current balance for each.
- Motion made to allow new program be downloaded to VEHA laptop to give account function support utilizing: QuickBooks. Motion approved.
- Membership list was brought current.
- Information needed on tax donation/deduction status for large donations to VEHA.
- Email addresses to be forwarded upon request as list is current.
- We Miss You letter/Don’t forget to renew membership notice suggested utilizing email and possible mail out.
- AOSE lists to be obtained through VDH.
- Checking Account Balance as of 01/29/2009 (Reconciled): $4950.39
