DR. ANNA JENG
Dr. Anna Jeng has served as an assistant professor in environmental health science at Old Dominion University since 2004. Prior to joining ODU, Dr. Jeng served on the staff at Tulane University as a post-doctoral fellow and a research assistant professor. She has continued her association with Tulane University by serving an adjunct assistant professor. She received her B.S. in public health from Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan and her doctoral degree in environmental health science from Tulane University in 2002.
Dr. Jeng has performed research and authored a number of professional papers related to water and air pollution, environmental public health tracking and nanotoxicity. She has acted as the principal investigator on research projects and as a peer reviewer on articles for journals.
Dr. Jeng became a member of the Virginia Environmental Health Association in 2004. Also, she has been a member of the National Environmental Health Association since 1998. She is certified as a Registered Hazardous Substances Professional by NEHA and an Environmental Professional Intern by the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice.
Dr. Jeng resides in Norfolk with her husband and enjoys swimming, gardening and traveling. |
