CECIL SINK
Cecil W. Sink, Born August 24th 1963, Franklin County Virginia. Raised on a small beef cattle farm on the Blackwater River near Callaway, VA. AS, Ferrum College, 1983, BS, Environmental Science, Ferrum College, 1985. 400-hour internship at the Fieldale/Collinsville Wastewater Treatment Plant in Henry County VA.
Employed as a Field Chemist with GSX Environmental Services of Reidsville NC 1985-86. Employed by Erath Veneer Corp of VA as a Sawmill Hand and Warehouse Foreman 1986-87. Employed by Environmental Technologies, Southeast, as Industrial Wastewater process manager/lab supervisor 1987-88. Employed by Virginia Department of Health as Environmental Health Specialist 1988-1994, Pulaski Office, Environmental Health Specialist Senior, Pulaski Office 1994-2001; Environmental Health Specialist, Senior Giles Office 2001-2004.
