ERIC MYERS
Eric Myers graduated from Linchburg College with a B.S. in Environmental Science. Later he also obtained a Collegiate Teacher Certification for Mary Baldwin College. He has been working in the field of Environmental Health/Public Health for over 12.5 years. He is currently the EH Supervisor for Thomas Jefferson Health District. He has been certified as an REHS/RS. He is the Standardization Officer for his region and is also ICS-100 certified.
Mr. Myers has been a VEHA member for over 12 years and has served on the VEHA Board for 7 years. He has held many positions form Secretary, Delegate At Large, V.P. for Programs, to President with his term ending in the fall of 2006.
Eric enjoys gardening, working outside and spending time with his 3 kids and wife. Eric and his wife have spent one year in Uganda Africa teaching school ther and has returned to Uganda in 2003 and 2006 for short term mission projects. |
